CookingLucid is a clean, ad-free recipe app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
- Saved recipes & meal plans: stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not send this data to our servers.
- Usage data: if analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymised page-view data to improve the product. No personal identifiers are collected.
- Account data (future): if you create an account, we will collect your email address solely to provide the service.
Cookies
CookingLucid does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We may use a minimal session cookie if authentication is added in the future.
Third-Party Services
CookingLucid is hosted on Vercel. Their privacy policy applies to hosting-level data. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your Rights
You may clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser storage. If we ever collect account data, you may request deletion by contacting us.
