  • 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Buffalo sauce: ¼ cup hot sauce + 3 tbsp butter
  • OR Honey garlic: 3 tbsp honey + 2 garlic cloves + 1 tbsp soy sauce
