Ingredients
Step 1 — Yeast dough
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2¼ tsp) instant yeast
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp butter (softened)
Step 2 — Streusel topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 7 tbsp cold butter (cubed)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Make the dough
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, egg, and butter into a soft dough. Knead 5 minutes, rise 1 hour until doubled. Press into a buttered 9×13-inch pan.

Make the streusel
Rub flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cold butter together with your fingers until crumbly.

Bake and serve
Scatter streusel generously over dough. Bake at 350°F for 28–32 minutes until golden. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with coffee.
