Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Step 2 — For the Asparagus
- 1 lb asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare Asparagus
Toss the trimmed asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in the air fryer basket.

Air Fry Asparagus
Cook at 370°F (185°C) for 8-10 minutes, until tender-crisp. Remove from basket and set aside.

Prepare Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic glaze, 1 tbsp olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Air Fry Salmon
Brush the balsamic mixture generously over the salmon fillets. Place salmon in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches depending on size). Cook at 370°F (185°C) for 8-12 minutes, depending on thickness, until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
