Small steamed glutinous rice cakes filled with mung bean and topped with savory dried shrimp and pork floss. A Central Vietnamese specialty.

Ingredients
Step 1 — Make dough and filling
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup warm water
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup mung beans (cooked, mashed with sugar)
Step 2 — Topping
- ¼ cup dried shrimp (toasted, ground)
- ¼ cup pork floss
- 2 tbsp fried shallots
- Banana leaves (cut into squares)

Make dough
Mix rice flour, water, and salt into a smooth, pliable dough.

Shape and fill
Flatten dough into discs. Add mung bean filling, shape into small pyramids or rounds. Place on banana leaf squares.

Steam and top
Steam 20–25 minutes until translucent. Top with dried shrimp, pork floss, and fried shallots. Serve warm.
