- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Step 2 — For the Chicken and Broccoli
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside about 1/4 cup of the glaze for serving.

Prepare Chicken and Broccoli
Place chicken thighs on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on the other side of the baking sheet. Pour about half of the remaining glaze over the chicken thighs, turning to coat.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through and basting with more glaze if desired, until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender and slightly caramelized.
