Sheet Pan Party Nachos
A massive sheet pan of nachos built for a crowd — layers of chips, two cheeses, beef, beans, and every topping you can fit. Feed the whole party from one tray.

Ingredients
Step 1 — Beef and beans
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 cans (15 oz each) refried beans
- ¼ cup water
Step 2 — Build the sheet pan
- 18 oz restaurant-style tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup pickled jalapeños
Step 3 — Toppings bar
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1½ cups guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Fresh cilantro
- Sliced green onions
- Lime wedges

Prep the fillings
Brown ground beef, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning with 2 tablespoons water. Simmer 2 minutes. Warm refried beans with ¼ cup water in a small pot until spreadable.

Layer in three waves
Preheat oven to 400°F. On a half-sheet pan, layer one-third of the chips, then beans, beef, cheeses, corn, tomatoes, olives, and jalapeños. Repeat twice more for three full layers. Finish with extra cheese on top.

Bake and serve
Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is fully melted. Set out sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and lettuce so guests can customize. Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
