  • 6 dried guajillo chiles (stemmed, seeded)
  • 2 dried ancho chiles (stemmed, seeded)
  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 white onion (quartered)
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 cups beef broth
