- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare Potatoes
In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Air Fry Potatoes
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and tender.

Prepare Chicken
While potatoes cook, pat the chicken thighs dry. In the same bowl (or a clean one), combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and toss to coat.

Once potatoes are removed from the air fryer, add the chicken thighs to the basket. Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
