Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Meatballs
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus more for tossing)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Celery sticks
- Carrot sticks
- Cooked rice or slider buns

Combine Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, gently combine the ground chicken, 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, celery, red onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Be careful not to overmix.

Form Meatballs
Roll the mixture into approximately 1.5-inch meatballs. You should get about 16-20 meatballs.

Air Fry Meatballs
Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F (185°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.

Toss with Sauce
Once cooked, place the meatballs in a clean bowl and toss gently with additional buffalo wing sauce to coat.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or over rice/in slider buns.
