- 12 oz pre-cooked chicken sausage (like andouille or Italian), sliced
- 1 large bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Slice the chicken sausage and chop the bell pepper and red onion. Ensure broccoli florets are bite-sized.

Season Vegetables and Sausage
In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, bell pepper, red onion, and broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly.

Air Fry in Batches
Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer as much as possible (you may need to cook in 2 batches depending on your air fryer size). Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until vegetables are tender and lightly browned, and sausage is heated through.
