Ingredients
Step 1 — Meatloaf mixture
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 onion (minced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Step 2 — Fillings
- 4 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- ½ cup ham or hot dogs (diced)
- Aluminum foil (for wrapping)
Step 3 — Serve
- Banana ketchup
- Steamed white rice

Mix the embutido
Combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, raisins, relish, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape and steam
Spread mixture on foil into a rectangle. Place hard-boiled eggs and ham down the center. Roll into a log and wrap tightly in foil. Steam 45 minutes until firm.

Pan-fry and serve
Cool slightly, unwrap, and pan-fry slices in a little oil until golden on both sides. Serve with banana ketchup and rice.
