  • 3 medium potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets (boiled)
  • ½ cup green peas
  • 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup water
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lemon wedges

Step 2Toast the pav

  • 8 pav buns (soft dinner rolls)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Pav bhaji masala (for sprinkling)
