Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Salmon and Asparagus
- 4 (6-oz) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Step 2 — For the Honey Garlic Glaze
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Prepare Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Prep Salmon and Asparagus
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Toss trimmed asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Brush salmon fillets generously with the honey garlic glaze.

Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Add the seasoned asparagus around the salmon. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and asparagus is tender-crisp. Cooking time may vary based on salmon thickness.

Serve the glazed salmon and asparagus immediately. You can drizzle any remaining glaze over the top if desired.
