Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Salmon
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Step 2 — For the Asparagus
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prep Asparagus
In a bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Prepare Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable. Arrange the seasoned asparagus spears around the salmon. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.

Carefully remove salmon and asparagus from the air fryer. Serve immediately, perhaps with a lemon wedge on the side.
