Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Salmon and Broccoli
- 4 salmon fillets (approx. 6 oz each)
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Prepare Broccoli
In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half of the garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Prepare Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, remaining garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets.

Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (195°C). Place the seasoned broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add Salmon and Continue Cooking
Carefully add the seasoned salmon fillets on top of the broccoli in the air fryer basket. Ensure everything is in a single layer as much as possible. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
