Air Fryer Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Chicken Tenders
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- Cooking spray or 1 tbsp oil
Step 2 — For the Honey Mustard Dip
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt

Prepare Breading Station
In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another shallow dish, place the lightly beaten eggs.

Bread Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off, then dredge in the panko mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.

Air Fry Tenders
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil. Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).

Cook Tenders
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Make Honey Mustard Dip
While the tenders cook, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth.
