- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch strips
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
Step 2 — For the Honey Mustard Dip
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Prepare Dredging Stations
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper mixed; one with the beaten eggs; and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Coat Chicken
Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat generously with panko breadcrumbs. Press to ensure good adhesion.

Air Fry Chicken
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or toss tenders with 2 tbsp olive oil. Arrange tenders in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

While chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
