- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet (about 1 oz) fajita seasoning mix
- Optional toppings: cooked rice or quinoa, shredded lettuce, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese

Season Chicken and Veggies
In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with fajita seasoning. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Air Fry Fajita Mix
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place half of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches to avoid steaming). Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Prepare your bowls by adding a base of cooked rice or quinoa. Top with the air-fried chicken and vegetable mixture.
