Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Salmon
- 4 (4 oz) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Step 2 — For the Bowls
- 2 cups cooked rice (brown or white)
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)

Prepare Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry. Place them in a bowl and toss with 2 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce and the sesame oil.

Air Fry Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. The exact time will depend on the thickness of your fillets.

Warm Teriyaki Sauce
While the salmon cooks, gently warm the remaining 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan or microwave.

Divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top with the steamed broccoli and the air-fried salmon fillets. Drizzle with the warmed teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
