Peanut Sauce
Creamy Thai peanut sauce with coconut milk, lime, and soy — perfect for satay, spring rolls, noodle bowls, and salads.

Ingredients
Step 1 — Simmer the sauce
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2–4 tbsp warm water

Whisk and warm
Whisk peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan. Warm over low heat, stirring, until smooth. Thin with warm water to desired consistency.

Finish and serve
Stir in lime juice. Taste and adjust sweetness, salt, and heat. Serve warm or at room temperature with satay, spring rolls, or rice noodles.
