Ingredients
Step 1 — Blend the chutney
- 2 cups fresh cilantro (packed)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 green chiles (serrano or Thai)
- 1 inch ginger (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (toasted)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2–4 tbsp cold water
- Optional: 2 tbsp plain yogurt

Blend
Blend cilantro, mint, chiles, ginger, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and water until smooth. Add yogurt for a creamier chutney if desired.

Serve
Taste and adjust salt, lime, and heat. Serve with samosas, onion pakoras, grilled kebabs, or sandwiches. Best used within 3 days.
