- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (for marinade)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 4 oz snow peas or snap peas
Step 2 — For the Honey Garlic Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch (for thickening sauce)

Marinate Pork
In a medium bowl, toss the thinly sliced pork with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes while you prepare the sauce and vegetables.

Make Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, honey, water, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and 1 tsp cornstarch until smooth.

Stir-Fry Pork
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and mostly cooked through. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry Vegetables
Add the bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender. Add a splash of water if the pan gets too dry.

Return the pork to the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything and stir well to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coats the ingredients. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
