Instructions

Season Shrimp
Pat the shrimp dry. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 2 tablespoons olive oil, Sriracha, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
- 2
Air Fry Shrimp
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook.

Sauté Zucchini Noodles
While the shrimp is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the zucchini noodles, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, tossing gently, until the noodles are just tender but still have a slight bite (al dente). Do not overcook, or they will become mushy.
