Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos
Crispy, spicy, and slightly sweet air fryer shrimp served in warm tortillas with a creamy slaw and a drizzle of sriracha mayo. A flavor explosion perfect for a fun family dinner.

Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Bang Bang Shrimp
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 2 — For the Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tsp lime juice
Step 3 — For Serving
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas, warmed
- Shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- Lime wedges

Prepare Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; one with the beaten egg; and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Coat Shrimp
Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with panko. Press gently.

Air Fry Shrimp
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket (work in batches). Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until pink, opaque, and crispy.

Make Bang Bang Sauce
While shrimp cook, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.

Assemble Tacos
Toss the cooked shrimp with about half of the Bang Bang sauce. Fill warmed tortillas with shredded cabbage, the sauced shrimp, and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
