- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Step 2 — For the Quick Apple Chutney
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 medium apples (like Honeycrisp or Fuji), peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves

Make Apple Chutney
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples and red onion, cooking until slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and the mixture has thickened.

Prepare Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, then season generously with smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Air Fry Pork Chops
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (195°C). Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 14-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium, or longer depending on desired doneness. Adjust time based on thickness.

Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Spoon the warm apple chutney over the rested pork chops.
