Ingredients
Step 1 — Fried rice
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice (day-old)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 green onions (sliced)
Step 2 — Crispy eggs
- 4 eggs
- Vegetable oil
- Cucumber slices
- Tomato wedges
- Fish sauce with chilies

Fry rice
Heat oil, fry garlic until golden. Add rice, fish sauce, soy sauce, and pepper. Toss until heated through. Stir in green onions.

Fry eggs
In a separate pan with plenty of hot oil, fry eggs until edges are crispy and centers are runny.

Serve
Plate rice topped with fried eggs. Serve with cucumber, tomato, and nam pla prik.
