- 8-12 small wooden or metal skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden or metal skewers, leaving a small space between each shrimp. Brush the shrimp lightly with olive oil.
