Air Fryer Honey Balsamic Glazed Chicken Thighs
These air fryer chicken thighs are coated in a sweet and tangy honey balsamic glaze, resulting in incredibly tender and flavorful meat with a beautiful caramelized finish.

Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Chicken
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Step 2 — For the Honey Balsamic Glaze
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary (optional)

Prep Chicken
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure they are evenly coated.

Make Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rosemary (if using). Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Air Fry Chicken
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.

Glaze and Finish Cooking
Brush the chicken thighs generously with the honey balsamic glaze. Flip the chicken and brush the other side. Continue to cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the glaze is caramelized.

Remove chicken from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining glaze from the pan.
