Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Fajitas
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, lime wedges

In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Add olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the chicken and vegetable mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to work in batches depending on your air fryer size to avoid overcrowding). Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

While the fajitas are cooking, warm the tortillas according to package directions (microwave, stovetop, or briefly in the air fryer).
