Ingredients
Step 1 — For the Cod
- 4 cod fillets (about 5-6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Prepare Cod
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Place them in a shallow dish.

Make Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat Cod
Brush the marinade evenly over both sides of the cod fillets. If using the optional coating, mix panko and Parmesan in a separate dish and press the marinated cod into the mixture, coating one side.

Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place cod fillets in the basket, coated-side up if applicable, in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary based on fillet thickness.
