Pat the chicken thighs dry. In a medium bowl, toss chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the seasoned broccoli florets to the basket around the chicken. Continue to cook for another 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred. Shake the basket halfway through the second cooking stage.
