In a medium bowl, toss the pork tenderloin cubes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Set aside.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated pork bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pork is cooked through and lightly browned.
