- 1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or hot), cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 large bell peppers (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large yellow onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare Ingredients
Cut sausage into 1-inch chunks. Chop bell peppers and onion into similar-sized pieces. Mince garlic if using fresh.

Season Sausage and Veggies
In a large bowl, combine sausage chunks, bell peppers, and onions. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly.

Air Fry Mixture
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Add the sausage and vegetable mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible (work in batches if necessary). Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and browned, and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
