- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Ensure tofu is well-pressed to remove excess water. In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Arrange the coated tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

While the tofu is cooking, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and grated ginger in a small bowl.

Once the tofu is crispy, transfer it to a clean bowl. Pour the sweet chili glaze over the tofu and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, preferably over rice.
