Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges

Sauté Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off any excess grease.

Stir in the rinsed black beans, undrained diced tomatoes, frozen corn, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
