- 1.5 cups sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup frozen corn

Brown Beef and Sauté Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess grease. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Sweet Potatoes and Liquids
Add the diced sweet potato, diced tomatoes (with their juice), and beef broth to the skillet. Stir everything together well. Season with salt and black pepper.
