- 4 cups broccoli florets (about 1 lb)

- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside.

Combine Sausage and Broccoli
In a large bowl, toss the sliced sausage and broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the sausage and broccoli mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Drizzle the Dijon glaze evenly over the sausage and broccoli. Toss gently to coat. Return to the oven and roast for another 10-12 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and the sausage is heated through and slightly browned.
