Ingredients
Step 1 — Mix the dip
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Mix the dip
Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, and mozzarella until smooth. Fold in artichokes, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Spread into a greased baking dish. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling at the edges. Rest 5 minutes, dust with paprika, and serve warm.
