- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Prepare Chicken
In a bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Set aside.

Air Fry Chicken
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Place the seasoned chicken cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
