Cheeseburger Sliders
Juicy mini cheeseburgers on sweet Hawaiian rolls with a buttery garlic topping. One pan, twenty minutes, and gone before halftime.

Ingredients
Step 1 — Build the sliders
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (split)
- 6 slices American cheese (halved)
- ½ cup diced onion
- Pickle slices
Step 2 — Garlic butter topping
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp garlic powder

Form and cook patties
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix beef with Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Press into a 9×13 pan lined with bottom halves of rolls. Bake 15 minutes. Drain fat if needed.

Assemble and bake
Top cooked beef with cheese, onions, pickles, and roll tops. Whisk butter, mustard, Worcestershire, sesame seeds, and garlic powder. Brush over rolls. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden. Slice into sliders.
