One-Pan Lemon Herb Roasted Salmon and Asparagus

Step 1 — For the Salmon and Asparagus
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat and Prep Pan
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Arrange Asparagus
Toss the trimmed asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer on one side of the prepared baking sheet.

Prepare Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry. Place them on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Top each fillet with a few lemon slices.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
